Thursday 18th June a variety of The Heights school’s ensembles performed in the courtyard, they included the Year 10 Class Band, Year 9 Class Band and Classical Guitar Ensemble. It was an engaging and vibrant performance by the students, many who had never performed to an audience before. A large number of students, teachers, leaders and support staff from both primary and secondary learning years came out to cheer on the bands. The overall atmosphere was fantastic and we appreciated all of the support. We are hoping to do many more gigs throughout the year; and hopefully eventually some performances for families.
